Late 1930's- early 1940's Ford e-brake handle and bracket. Cast into the bracket- 91-C-2795-C. I could not nail this down to a specific model or truck or passenger vehicle- it shares commonalities with 1937 and 1940 brackets but looks to be installed more level than the truck version which looks like it is installed on a 45 degree angle.
