1942-1948 Lincoln steering wheel horn ring. This is In great shape overall. There is some pitting but it's not bad. There is one small piece broken near the center-see picture. The center is very nice. The outer rim does have a slight bend. It probably wouldn't be noticeable once installed but it could be straightened with a little heat and patience.
