I removed this carb from a 1950 CADILLAC WITH A 331 ENGINE. INCLUDED IS THE ORIGINAL FUEL FILTER AND THROTLE LINKAGE. CHOKE MOVES FREELY. LOWER CARB BLADES ARE STUCK. MOVED FREELY WHEN REMOVED FROM CAR.
