This is an original 1951-52 Ford Truck LOWER Hood Latch Plate. It is not stuck, moves good, but the spot welds that hold the grab handle to the plate have broken loose, so it is being held together with that bolt seen in last photo.Ford truck book shows this fits all '51-52 Ford F1-F8 trucks (Except coe).
