Keepsake Hallmark ornament, no visible chips, cracks or discoloration and come with everything as pictured. Box may show some slight wear. Unless specifically described as NEW, ornament has been previously displayed and would be considered "gently used" but in excellent condition for years of additional use. Ornament requires batteries for full function and has been tested to ensure that that ornament is working when batteries are installed. Batteries could be older and might need to be replaced.
