65 66 67 68 69 70 MUSTANG REAR TIE DOWN BRACKETS PAIR CORRECT ORIGINAL FORD

This is a pair of original Ford rear tie down brackets which are correct for 1965 1966 1967 1968 1969 1970 Mustang models.  This longer style was mainly used on dual exhaust cars but could be used on any early Mustang model.   These were installed at the factory to allow car haulers or rail transport cars to securely tie down the rear of the car during transport from the factory.  The dealer was supposed to remove these during pre delivery and return them to the factory.   Sometimes they were left on the car by accident.   Here is an original pair which has been media blasted and show prepped.
