Good condition, removed by drilling spot welds so you could fix your truck! Some cancer where it connects to radiator support, both top and bottom but they’re a nice flat patch would be easy to fix. For an extra $100 I will fix the rust for you. But let’s be honest if your installing this you’re capable of a little hammer and dolly work and rust repair, other than those two spots you’d just have to, wire wheel and weld thru primer it and you’ll be good to go. Aside from those two spots the rest is in great condition will come as pictured. I do not know if the horns work, haven’t got my test station set up yet.
