Bought this head from a head remanufacturing place for my 2007 Acura TL type s, and everything was out of spec so took it to a machine shop who went through the entire thing and did new valve guides and machined it flat and lapped the valves. After about 20k miles it dropped a valve seat and smashed up the head. If somebody wants to weld and machine it, it should still work, and it would also need all new valve seats too. One of the valve cover bolt holes is stripped, 3 have been heli coiled and the other has a not very good repair but it works.
