Up for sale is a Porsche 911 alternator off of a 1979 Porsche 911 SC. I bought the car in pieces and now reassembling it. I decided to buy a brand new alternator.I did not test this one and I’m going to assume it needs a rebuild. It spins freely and is NOT seized. So you are buying this for parts or for a complete rebuild, but this is a genuine Porsche alternator. This will fit a 1978 to 1983 Porsche 911 SCs.
