this listing is for the aftermarket Turbo that has a ppe pedestal. Turbo looks like it may need to be rebuilt but not sure. Turbine spins freely. It has some kind aftermarket cover. The back of the turbo has garret writen on it. Thinking it was removed from a lb7 but not 100 percent sure. Selling as is for parts or repair. please make sure this part will fit before buying what you see in the picture is what u will be getting.
