This OEM Mercury capri Timming Cover Upper Backing Plate is in very good condition! This item fits 1991 to 1994 Mercury Capri! There is no rust on this item! The paint is in very good condition! The threads in the mounting holes are in very good condition! There are no dents or missing pieces on this item! The rubber seal in in great condition! There is a small nick in the metal at the top center of the backing plate, it will not affect performance! Please See Pictures! This item is used and is being Sold AS IS!
