These parts were purchased in a bulk buy. They appear to be new old stock. I tested the key in the ignition, and it cycles back and forth but feels sticky to me. I'm not sure if it needs to be I a fixed position in order to be smooth. The washer pump has not been tested. Selling as is no returns or warranty. Selling price reflects not knowing if they work so buyer beware you might be buying parts that may not work.
