Very nice original OEM Headlight Harness for 65 Mustangs with GT fog lights and with deluxe interior. Could also be correct for very early 66 carryover cars as well. There is one wire end that has been clipped as shown in the second photo. Otherwise, it's as nice as originals get. Can easily be repaired with a single splice. Usable original harnesses are extremely hard to find.
