This is a pedal box, clutch & brake pedal out of an Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite.  Fits a Sprite I-II and MG Midget 1.  It isn’t going to win any beauty contests in its current state, but a quick coat of paint will do wonders.  The mounting edges will need a short amount of time spent flattening them out. Good pedals. Overall this will be a great one to work with.
