This is an oil strainer tube found in the trunk of a 1960 Lark VI I purchased. The prior owners had assembled many Lark parts. Possibly NOS but has some surface corrosion due to its age. This is part #1541778. It fits Larks and several Champion engines but refer to your parts book to make sure it fits your engine. It picks up oil in the bottom of the pan and pumps it up into the engine.
