TRIUMPH TR4A /5/6 REAR BRAKE BACK PLATES

Used brake backplates for tr4a/5/6 (9” drums) . Originally removed from Tr6 back end and kept as spares for my 4A but never needed. Basically wire brushed and painted with rust converter and left for the last 20yrs. Some pitting but very solid overall. Could clean up nicer with blasting, powder coating etc , depends how far you want to go I suppose. I have seen what appears to be the same backplates being advertised for earlier models with solid axels but these definitely came from an independent rear end so do your research before committing to buy. I’ve seen these fully restored at well over £100 each! So grab a bargain eh?
