It is in excellent original condition, the speaker is in tact. The Correct Factory Screws hold the tapered back with the holes very Nicely. It hasn't ever been apart. The plug and wiring could be easily used the way it is, but the bakelite on one of the plug in plugs is cracked, and can be easily fixed.
