Vintage MG MGB Midget Knock Off Two Eared Wheel Nut Left Side

This was in a box of stuff I found in a garage and it was labeled MG parts, so I assume that's what it's for, please beware that I do not know the exact application that's up to you to know, or take that chance.  It needs cleaned up, and has signs of use, you can see where it's been hit with something.  Unsure of thread condition.  I tried to show everything in the pictures.  Please ask if you have any questions.  Thank you.
