Vintage Spare Tire Cover - Original 1950's Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth Dealer

Although this was the local Columbus, NE Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth dealer, if memory serves me, this was an original dealer add on for Dad's 1953 or 1954 Pontiac Chieftain.  He had the continental kit on it.  Too many years to be sure.  It has been stored inside since then and is generally in good condition, though drying out some over the years.  See the last 2 photos with condition issues (paint, loose seam).   It's difficult to put a price on this, so I will consider all reasonable offers.  Free shipping to lower 48 states.  I am not certain of size or fit, so please see all the photos and use your judgement before purchasing.  Thanks for looking.
